Congratulations for getting through
the first part!
Next up in this wow strategy guide we will
concentrate on some strategies to get you leveled up and
to gather some much needed gold to get those unique items
of power.
Leveling Up
Finding a
credible Wow strategy guide which explains how to level-up your
character is definitely not easy and that is probably why you
came to this site.
Level up from
1-60 and even level to 70 by getting the Burning Crusade
expansion. (Note: Be sure to check out the Wrath of the
Lich King Expansion coming soon if you want to level up to

Back to my WoW
strategy guide,
Here are some facts that you should know
1) You
will find a hearthstone in your inventory. This allows
you to an inn where you are bound if you click on it.
Hearthstones regenerate each hour (referred to as cooldown) and
it will take some time before it becomes available again. Only
an innkeeper can bind you to that location and only one
location at a time. So bear that in mind.
2)
Resting. When you are offline you accumulate
'rest'. Rested players receive 200% experience from monster
(not quests) until they are no longer rested. Eight hours of
logged off time at a city or inn equals one point of rest. You
can gain a maximum of 30 rest points (experience) or 1.5 levels
(240 hours of not playing the character, 10
days).
3)
Combat. It's fairly simple and once you click
on them you can view their type above the inventory bags.
Yellow enemies will only attack you if you attack them or open
treasure chests near them, red enemies will attack you if you
enter their radius.
4)
Death. When you die you are brought back in
ghost form. In ghost form you have three choices... resurrect
yourself at the spirit healer (angel-looking creature) at the
graveyard, get resurrected by another player or walk back to
your corpse. If you choose to return using the spirit healer,
your items will take a large durability hit (25%), however it
is the best option if you don't want to go back or need to quit
the game shortly.
5)
Experience. Every single time you kill a
creature/enemy whose level is close to yours, you will gain
some experience. As in other games, if you gain more experience
you will level, and once you level you can equip better items
and become more powerful.
6)
Statistics. As you level up you increase your
statistics. Agility will give you increased ranged damage,
increased critical hit % and increased melee damage for hunters
and rogues. It will also allow you to dodge attacks easier.
Your Intelligence increases mana, health, spell critical hit %
and weapon skills will be easier to learn. Stamina will
increase your hitpoints and Strength will allow you to deal
more Melee Damage plus block more damage with a shield. Spirit
will increase your mana regeneration.
7)
Currency. In World of Warcraft you get copper,
silver and gold.
8)
Items. These will give your character power.
Items come in seven different colors, poor (grey), common
(white), uncommon (green), rare/superior (blue), epic (purple),
legendary (orange), and artifact.
9)
Auctions. The best way to obtain items is
through auctions. Auctions allow players to bid or buy directly
items they would never normally obtain themselves. To locate
the nearest auction house, ask a guard in the local city where
to find them.
So how do I level up and collect some Gold?
Unlike most
other Asian MMORPG's (massive multiplayer online role-playing
games), World of Warcraft is really easy to level in. The first
1-10 levels are easy to obtain but then it will get harder as
you continue to level.
Until you reach
level 34 or so, your choice will vary depending on which
faction you are currently playing with. For Horde characters,
the first three levels of the 30s will be spent in Thousand
Needles, the Barrens, and Thunderbluff while Alliance
characters will be spending a bit more time in Ashenvale,
Hillsbrad Foothills and the Wetlands. For the most part, your
goal here is to finish off any quests you have not yet
completed in these areas before moving on. OK next in this wow
strategy guide let me show you a breakdown of the
leveling.
Alliance
1-10: You have
to quest through this part solo, so use my guide from 1-10.
This will get you from 1-10 the quickest and ready for your
first dungeons.
10-15: The Deamines Power leveling
15-20: The Stockades Power leveling
20-35: The Scarlet Monastery (Library until 25, 25-35 is
Armory/Cath Runs)

58-61/62: AOE Grinding in the Dark Portal (Need a Mage or
Paladin)
Horde

speed leveling guide for this portion of the horde. You can't
level quicker then soloing the quests for this area.
8-12: Rage Fire Chasm
12-17: Wailing Caverns
17-20: Razorfen Kraul / Black Fathom Depths
20-35: The Scarlet Monestary (Library until 25, 25-35 is
Armory/Cath Runs)
35-45: Uldaman, Zul'Farrak, Maraudon
45-58: Maraudon. Scholomance/Stratholme
58-61/62: AOE Grinding in the Dark Portal (Need a Mage or

Wow Gold Guide
There are
several ways you can make gold.
1)
Watch the big Auction Houses and buy and sell items at
a profit. The main trick here is to watch what items
go for and if you see someone sell something for really cheap,
then to purchase it and place it back on auction for a higher
price and hopefully you make a decent profit.
2)
Making gold with gathering Herbs (Herbalism).
If you are serious about bringing in gold by gathering herbs
then start a Tauren character since they have a massive 15
point bonus to their herbalism skill.
3) You
can also make gold with mining. Here you will mine
convenient ore veins jutting out of the landscape. You can find
ore veins in any mountainous area or hill. But they are more
prominent in caves and lairs that are scattered around the
world.
4)
Another route is to farm for Cloths and Skins.
Of those four, the various types of cloth are more valuable,
easier to get, and don't require any kind of profession
investment. I would suggest you start with these.
5) You can also farm creatures for their drops and make
a substantial profit with it. All it means is that you
need to find the most profitable creatures with the best loot
and keep on killing them. Elementals, turtles, high level
bears, some spiders, some birds, and some cats seem to be the
best things to kill for vendor sellable
trash.
6)
Exclusive Recipes. Players are more likely to
purchase limited availability recipes than try and make it
themselves. So this is really profitable if you did this. The
idea is you run to a special location, find a special vendor
and buy the recipe and then go back to the auction house and
sell it for a profit. It does work, but you need to consider
how many others do the same thing and for what prices they do
it.
7) Last
but not least you can fish and sell it for a
profit.
There are some
amazing guides out there that goes into detail about most that
you read here today, and I would suggest you have a look at
some of them.
One last tip I
will leave with you. Blizzard Entertainment has a habit of
releasing patch updates a month or so before it actually
happens. By keeping yourself informed, especially by checking
back to my Wow Strategy Guide now and then you can prepare
yourself to make extra gold or get better drops depending on
what they improve. So plan ahead and you will make a killing
just by reading my notes ahead of time.
Thanks for
taking a read of this Wow Strategy Guide!
