The Paladin’s Specialties

The Paladin has a lot of buffs that can be used on himself and on others to enhance their combat capabilities. He has a buff to give extra mana regeneration, attack power, overall stats, and to reduce the threat of players. The previous mentioned buffs can be cast and last quite half an hour or an hour. The Paladin also has some spells that he’s well known for and can be seen as a buff as well. He can make himself invulnerable to everything for 12 seconds, and can also casts other ‘Blessings’ on himself or other players that either give them freedom of movement and  immunity to physical attacks. 12 seconds invincibility may not sound a lot but if you read a purchase a wow paladin guide you can learn how to use these 12 seconds to survive a massive mob attack, something very few are able to do without a guide.

Next to these buffs, a Paladin has a lot of Auras that are also extremely useful. He has an Aura that enhances the armor of all the players in the Paladins group or raid, reduces their knockback, allows them to cast more efficiently, do extra holy damage and return some damage.

How do Paladins Attack?

His attacks are based on melee damage. The Paladin can have a Seal active. There are different kinds of Seals that can be activated and these Seals enhance the attack of the Paladin in one way. Then the Paladin also has the Judgment ability. The Judgment ability releases the active Seal and does something special to the player or NPC that is being fought against when used. Besides that attack Rotation, the Paladin also gains some other cool melee attacks and spells that enhance his damage for which tutorials can be found in a fully comprehensive wow paladin guide.

The Paladin isn’t only about damage though, no, not at all. A Paladin can be a great healer or tanks as well. As a healer you use Holy spells, mainly fast casted, critically strike focused spells that do not cost a lot of mana. Paladin healers are known for not running out of mana (oom). Then there are the tanking Paladins that wield shields, and, with their Plate Armor lots of defense and stamina, they are very capable at tanking.
